Ms. Huma Ali LL.B (Hons) is a solicitor and sole proprietor of the practice and is  a member of Resolution.

Huma qualified in 1993 and has over 25 years experience in Divorce, Finances and Cohabitation. She is very interested in cases relating to children and has also in the past dealt with Local Authority care work.

All aspects of family work namely Divorce, Finances, Children and Unmarried Couples are dealt with by Huma.

Huma understands professional yet sympathetic, plain speaking specialist legal advice is needed when a relationship breaks down. Huma has years of experience in advising, assisting and representing clients following their relationship and marital breakdown. She has a wide range of family law experience advising whether e.g. assets are modest or of high net worth and dealing with complex cases involving children both nationally and internationally.

 Miss Sheena Patel

Sheena completed her Legal Practice Course in 2016 at the University of Law in Birmingham. Whilst studying, she worked part time in a high street firm gaining experience in the Private Client department. She joined the firm in 2016 as a paralegal and went on to do her training contract with the firm. Sheena completed her training contract in October 2018 and was admitted to the roll.

Sheena has experience in private Children Act matters, divorce and matrimonial finances. She is also a member of Resolution.
